Mark T. Apostolou, Jr.

Mr. Apostolou is a former Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor who uses his years of trial experience to seek justice on behalf of his clients. Mark is never afraid to take a case to trial and fight for every issue important to his clients. He uses his skills as a trial attorney, together with his relationships within the community to obtain the best result possible for his clients.

Mark welcomes the opportunity to speak with new clients to see how he can help them obtain the results they are looking for. Whether you are injured due to another’s negligence, or are accused of a Criminal or DWI offense, Mark is ready to fight for your rights.

The courtroom experience Mark obtained as an Assistant Prosecutor solidified the advice and teaching he has received throughout his life and career.During law Mark had the opportunity to intern for the Honorable Tonianne Bongiovanni, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court, and upon graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Mark proudly

clerked for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman in the Monmouth County Superior Court Criminal Division.  Most importantly, Mark learned the importance of hard work, education and family from another Judge, his father Mark T. Apostolou, Sr., a Municipal Court Judge and lawyer in Monmouth County for over 30 years. Mark works to apply those values every day

in his representation of clients in New Jersey personal injury, worker’s compensation, and criminal defense cases.

great tradition of the Shebell firm of being tireless voices for people seeking justice through the court system.
